32. Declarations of Interest
Councillors Brunel-Walker declared an affected interests in relation to item
8 being one of the Council’s representatives on the Board overseeing the joint venture.
33. Minutes
RESOLVED that the minutes of the meeting of the Committee held on 31 January 2022 be approved and signed by the Chairman as a correct record.
34. Urgent Items of Business
There were no urgent items of business.
35. Exclusion of Public and Press
RESOLVED that pursuant to Regulation 4 of the Local Authorities (Executive Arrangements) (Access to Information) Regulations 2012, members of the public and press be excluded from the meeting for the consideration of items 5,7 and 8 which involves the likely disclosure of exempt information under the following category of Schedule 12A of the Local Government Act 1972:

36. Scheidt & Bachmann (S&B) switch out project – multi storey car parks infrastructure
RECOMMENDED to the Executive Member for Economic Development and
Regeneration that the S&B infrastructure be retained for the remaining lifespan of the equipment.
